LEED Silver - Remodel of an existing one-story, 27,654 square foot building into a Continuing Education Center with classrooms, labs and a play area. The work will include the upgrade, replacement and addition of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, architectural, fire sprinkler and intrusion.
